This deck Special Summons. A lot. I can hit the field with numerous threats, utilizing the best of several engines. The key card is Magical Merchant, which will usually mill10ish cards, setting up tons of big plays. I'm not running Dark Armed Dragon at the moment because usually I have way too many DARKS to pull it out, but you could possibly talk me into it. Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well.

Never seen such a build. Well, it can probably be slow sometimes unless you add rykos and charge of the light brigade. It would mill some cards and in case you use charge and ryko after that it's 6 cards milled up to the first turn. Other than that, deck seems fine.

Ryko would be awesome. AWESOME.

I've just had trouble finding space for it.

Most decks of this type (usually called Monster Mash because they are 95% monster) do run triple Ryko in addition to triple Merchant, but my Deck lacks some space because of the 12 Skull cards.

Any ideas on what to remove?

Caius and Dark Creator. I could try that. Both are tremendous when I have a loaded Grave, but I have to get a loaded Grave before I can use them!

It occurs to me also that I could just swap some of my Skull Servants for Rykos with relatively no loss in the Deck. I'll try this:

-1 Skull Servant (Only removing one so KoSS can be at 10,000 ATK, which is just awesome)
-1 Caius the Shadow Monarch (Dark Creator is very broken at times)

+2 Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter

Thanks! Any other ideas?

This is Magical Pot Zombie or MPZ for short.

If you are going to run this deck I would suggest that you add 2x Pot of Avarice to the mix. That way you can add the cards you really want to draw such as Dark Creator, Debris Dragon or whatever else you may need to win the duel.

Next, I would recommend getting rid of one Lady in the Wight and those 3 Wightmares because there are better cards you can add. For example you could add Chaos Sorcerer, Card Trooper, Fortune Lady for back-row cards (just one of her though) and of course Beast of the Pharoah. If you are going to Synchro Summon cards then this card can net you a King of Skull Servants from the Grave or a Zombie Master for easier Synchro Summoning.

Well that's it really. Wait no, I would replace Dark Hole with Cold Wave. Now that's it.

Well, I'll ditch the plain Skull Servants before I'd mess with the Wightmares, but I get your drift.

Avarice is an interesting idea. How about this:

-2 Skull Servant (I guess 8000 ATK KoSS's will have to satisfy me)
-1 Dark Hole

+1 Card Trooper
+1 Pot of Avarice
+1 Cold Wave

I'm hesitant to go much above 3 Spells because I want maximum mills from Merchant. And I'll consider taking out more Skulls for other things as well.

You could have kept at least one regular Skull Servant and replaced it with a Lady in the Wight only because it's good when you want to Synchro for that Formula now and again.

Well, in case you didn't know, Wightmare and Skull Servant are the same card, but Wightmare has an effect. So I'll still have LV1's for Formula (besides Dandy tokens), and I'll be able to use Wightmare's effect on the rare occasions it's useful.

And what's all the hate on Lady in Wight? It protects KoSS, has 2200 DEF, and is a Debris Dragon target.
